Peter Guille founded Pequot Commercial in 1974 and it has grown to be the recognized premier commercial brokerage company in Eastern Connecticut and Western Rhode Island. In addition, he has developed numerous properties in this area and out of state. In 1987, Peter was a founder then a Director of the Bank of Mystic until 1995.

Professionally, Peter has held numerous leadership roles in the Realtor organization including 10 year Director, Board President and Realtor of the Year.

He has also chaired the Gallery of Homes Regional Council and been President of the Gallery Regional Training Center.

His major community activities have included being Chairman of the Board of Governors for the Mystic Marinelife Aquarium, Director of Southeastern Chamber of Commerce and President of the Mystic Chamber of Commerce. Currently, Peter is a Director and Treasurer for the Ocean Communities YMCA.
