Professional Expertise: Steve joined Pequot Properties in 1982 and in 1984 formed Soundview Associates in partnership with Ernest A. Bigelow. For the next 10 years, Soundview specialized in business and marina brokerage. During that time, they represented both sellers and buyers for 12 marinas throughout Eastern Connecticut, Western Rhode Island and Massachusetts. They also handled sales of numerous commercial properties in New London County. In the mid 1990’s the partners sold Soundview to Carriage House Realty. Subsequently, they joined the new England Real Estate Group, a separate entity of Carriage House. In 2001, Steve joined Pequot Commercial where he continues to specialize in marinas in Connecticut and Narragansett Bay and other land and commercial real estate properties.
