Carmelo Foti began his banking career in 1976 at Manufacturer’s Hanover Trust Company, and worked as a lender and broker for 30 years for both domestic and overseas clients. He moved to New London in 2005 to become President and COO of Bank of Southeastern CT. He started working in Real Estate about 10 years go, with diverse investment holdings in cities throughout the state, as well as buying and selling for commercial clients.
